Cost/Fees
ESL and High School Diploma classes are free. The Community Education Classes are available at a fee. Please refer to community education section for schedules and costs.
CANCELLED CLASSES & REFUNDS
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment or other undetermined causes you can receive a refund. You will need to submit your original receipt of payment for a refund.
TEXTBOOKS
Not sold or loaned to students. Textbooks are used and available during class sessions.
TRANSCRIPTS
Please call 510-317-4200 to arrange to order your transcript. You will receive an official sealed transcript and one copy for your records. There is a $5.00 cash fee for each official transcript ordered.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase in the office: M-F 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
A $20 returned check charge is assessed for each unpaid check returned to the Adult School office by the bank for any reason. A stop payment order on a check does not constitute an official withdrawal nor does it relieve the student's financial obligation for a class.
