San Lorenzo Adult School Winter Virtual Health Resource Fair

San Lorenzo Adult School will host its Winter Virtual Health Resource Fair on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 10 AM - 11:30 AM (PST).

Professionals from healthcare, education, and a children's community organization will present on:

COVID: Children, Trauma, and Hope
Maintaining a Fitness Routine During COVID
Mental Health and the Power of Meditation and Breathing
A Nurse’s Perspective on Supporting Students and Visiting Protocols with Physicians in the Pandemic Era
(An additional topic may be added)
Our goal will be to provide simultaneous translation for this event in support of our ESL students and other online participants.

A Zoom link will be posted days before the event.

NEW CLASS OFFERED AT SAN LORENZO ADULT SCHOOL-"New World of Work"

This class is being offered virtually through Zoom meetings with the instructors, group video discussions, supplemental readings, and career-building experiences with employers. (Employer experience will likely be virtual.)
Students can earn digital badges in five of the “Top 10” 21st Century Employability Skills per term
