San Lorenzo Adult School offers an array of community education classes. Please check back often for new and returning offerings.
 
Community Education classes change on a quarterly basis, and cost is $95 per term, per class.
 Sewing/Fashion Design      &           Quilting
Tuesday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm                    Thursday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
This is a beginner to advanced class. This course prepares students with the skills, knowledge needed for fashion and textile design occupations.  Instruction includes such topics as identification and analysis of textiles and textile products; elements and principles of design; garment construction; merchandising and fashion forecasting.  Students develop skills to illustrate designs; create color charts with interesting pattern and texture variations; design apparel (including draping, pattern making, and grading); and develop and merchandise a line.

Thursday 9 am - 12 pm
This is a beginner to advanced class.  Instructor will guide you through a project of your choosing.  Bring your own supplies.

Introduction to Computer Skills * February 2024, Free of Cost
Tuesday or Thursday 6pm-8pm 
This is a beginning computer class. Instructor will guide you and teach you basic computer skills and related terminology to expand your skills. This course will be offered as two separate classes, options being Tuesday's class in Spanish or Thursday's class in English.

Computer Networking and Information Technology Certification (CNIT); cost $215 per term
